We have been using Image Property for a number of years now to manage our investment property and we are extremely happy with them. The Property Managers at Image Property we have had in the past and most recently are always very helpful, are fantastic with communication and always go above and beyond for us and for our tenants. We would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing an honest and helpful team to assist with your properties needs.

I’ve been very impressed with the service provided by Candra Borell from Image Property throughout the letting campaign for my investment property at 31/1 Lavender Drive, Griffin. Candra has been proactive, professional, and highly communicative at every stage — from marketing and applicant screening to keeping me updated with timely and detailed feedback. She handled all enquiries and applications efficiently and with care, ensuring the process was smooth and stress-free. It’s clear that Candra genuinely cares about achieving the best outcome for her clients. I would happily recommend her and the Image Property team to any landlord looking for a responsive and capable property manager.

Chloe was very polite and great with communication during a stressful process for me.

Everything they say they will do they do and with excellence.

The team were awesome in helping us with the tenancy transition, working hard to find great applicants, sorting out all the things that come up, etc. Very professional, reliable and super helpful.

We honestly can’t speak highly enough of our experience with Jason and his team. We purchased our new home through him and have since entrusted his team with managing our investment property, and the entire experience has been genuinely stress free. He is an excellent communicator, incredibly easy to deal with and made what can be a stressful process feel completely stress free. What stood out to us was how genuinely willing he was to work with both us and the seller to find solutions that suited everyone. Nothing ever seemed like too much trouble and everything was handled professionally and happily. That same level of service has continued with our investment property and I genuinely feel our asset is in excellent hands. It’s rare to come across a team you feel this confident recommending. We honestly can’t speak highly enough of Jason and his team.

Brooklyn and Jason were very good in communication and kept owner in the loop before, during and after the vacancy. Managed to find the new tenant within two weeks.
