Sophie has made the process for my family leaving our own home behind, relocating 3000 kms away and re-entering the rental market after years of being home owners SO EASY. Sophie was able to walk me through the application process with her industry knowledge and was able to answer queries that we had about the region that saved us so much time in chasing things up and it meant that our move was super smooth - Sophie was easy to communicate with and when a few things went astray (10 hours into a 30 hour cross country drive with 4 kids and 2 dogs) I accidentally filled my car with petrol instead of diesel, then after getting back on the road after 4 hours of midnight mechanics my daughter hit a kangaroo and wrote her car off, this meant arriving to collect the keys to our new home was going to be some time during the night - Sophie was flexible and prompt in finding a solution and saving the day and ensuring we would still have a roof over our head. Sophie was also able to sketch a floor plan of the property from memory within the same day that I requested it so I could plan for furniture needs. It was pretty accurate to Sophie! Walking into the property was a huge relief - the power was on, the house was very clean and well presented, such a huge relief! I actually look forward to this chapter of my life renting and the only thing that would make the situation better would be if Sophie could be the property manager for my house in Victoria as I am about to rent it out and am seeking a person who has the same skills and professionalism and the hard to find personality that makes a property manager easy to approach with any queries. I don’t dread or feel like I need to avoid contact with Sophie, she is just that special sort of person.

Georgia from Harcourts Kingsberry Townsville has been our property manager since we purchased our property, and she has been excellent throughout the entire process. We recently had to relet the property after our previous tenant exited early, and Georgia’s speed in securing another tenant was unbelievable. She made what could have been a stressful situation feel smooth, simple, and well managed. Georgia kept us informed every step of the way, clearly explaining what was happening and making the transition between tenants easy. Her communication, professionalism, and efficiency have been outstanding. If you need someone to manage your property in the Townsville area, I cannot recommend Georgia highly enough.

The rental management team were a pleasure to work with. From the moment I was advised the house I was renting was going to be sold vacant, the team helped me find a new place to rent. Communications between myself and the rental management team was professional and personal to my needs. I was kept up to date with e-mails, txt messages and phone calls.

All the team at HMP were excellent to deal with. After purchasing my investment property, they coordinated with the selling agent to arrange open homes, helping minimise the vacancy period and securing a tenant quickly. I would happily recommend HMP to anyone.
