Overview of Gulliver, QLD, 4812

Our agent, Sally, is very efficient in her communication with us. We applied for our rental and was approved that same week we are very appreciative of Sally and the team at Belle Realestate.

I cant fault Belle as a new tenant of theirs. Their attentiveness, great communication and friendly people have all been amazing to deal with so far.

The Harcourts Kingsberry Townsville team has been managing our property for more than a decade, and I can confidently say they are consistently the best property management team I have come across. Georgia is responsive, reliable and always focused on achieving the best outcome for both us and our tenants. It is also great to hear personally from Ben, whose approachable nature and genuine passion for his work stands out. It’s impressive how closely he stays across the properties despite overseeing such a large portfolio. I wish the entire team all the best!

We have found Harcourts to be very friendly and taking note of our concerns with the property.

Communication was perfect!

What made Smart rental stand out is that they are very responsive and have a listening ear. I am so glad they helped me secure a beautiful home.

Made renting straightforward. Quick responses to emails. Issues resolved quickly.

Bree and the team are always happy to help. They made the process quick, simple and seamless. We told them what we needed in a house and they gave us options and we had an approval fast. Signing documents and how to make payments and when was clear. They were also happy to answer any questions or concerns we had.
