Elly was always quick to reply and respond with any concerns we had as well as we moved in. She was always ready to help and was clear with what we needed to do, appreciated her professionalism.

Very rapid service , amazing job done

Elly and team were very proactive and delivered what they promised in quick time. Most reliable team as i am an investor sitting remote.

The team have been so helpful from the moment I arrived in Townsville. Always polite and professional. Thank you.

Please note that the property has been re-leased not sold. Christine has managed my properties for many years now and is not only familiar with my requirements but manages the tenants very well.

What made Smart rental stand out is that they are very responsive and have a listening ear. I am so glad they helped me secure a beautiful home.

Made renting straightforward. Quick responses to emails. Issues resolved quickly.

Bree and the team are always happy to help. They made the process quick, simple and seamless. We told them what we needed in a house and they gave us options and we had an approval fast. Signing documents and how to make payments and when was clear. They were also happy to answer any questions or concerns we had.
