Anytime a request is made for a repair, the works are undertaken immediately and always with a smile on her face. In all our years of renting, we’ve never dealt with a property manager like this. Having owned and rented, we’ve seen both sides of the coin and it is far more common to be treated less than, being a renter - not for one second have we been made to feel that way with Kimberley. The staff in the office are always incredibly friendly and accomodating too. Other estate agents need to learn a few things from JRE! 5 star experience!

Highland has made the transition from owner occupied to tenanted very easy. They have found a tenant who wants a 24 month lease which is brilliant. They are efficient and quick to fix anything that needs addressing including sourcing contractors and the payment of bills. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
