We’ve had a fantastic experience so far with our property manager, Lisa. From the get-go, she was efficient, proactive and organised, getting the whole process underway quickly and seamlessly. Our property was advertised within a day, an open home was held that Saturday, and a tenant was secured by Tuesday! We couldn’t be happier with how smoothly and quickly everything was handled. Although we’ve only been working together for a short time, she has already made a great impression, and we really appreciate her professionalism and responsiveness

We had been left almost homeless thanks to the dishonesty of a different real estate agent and were scrambling to find somewhere else to live. Jasmine from Pulse was able to show us this property the next day from our enquiry and told us that the owners were to consider all applications that night. Two days later we were moving in! All of our correspondence has been so fast and always positive and helpful, all of the Pulse team have been so nice to deal with, we really could not ask for anything more!
