Nisha is a great agent to work with. She was very responsive to all requests and worked hard coordinating trades to ensure the house was clean and the gardens tidy when I moved in.

Found Nisha had all 5 star reviews so had an initial chat and I liked her no nonsense, get the job done approach. Within 3 days she had found a new tenant with excellent references, and secured a 10% rent increase at the same time. Property required a bit of work as the previous agent had really let the place gradually degrade over the past 5 years. Nisha has arranged numerous suppliers over the past week, all at competitive prices to bring the property back up to high quality standard. Looking forward having Nisha manage the property going forward. Good to have someone on the same side and mindset in regard to property management.
