Communication is great and I’m kept up dated on everything that’s up coming

Arnold property was really supportive in seeking consult from the owner when we requested. We had issues with dead possums and electricity faults and they promptly organised their repair/removals. We have nothing bad specifically to say, but the service just felt a lacking in experience and personality. The notice to vacate felt very harsh and unsympathetic, to the point and by the book in a very tough time for us. Particularly when we were genuinely great tenants who left the place in better condition than when we found it.

Arnold property have followed up on: 1) a visit to the property 2) issues concerning the roof, and interior ceiling. 3) when required communicating to Raine and Horne as Strata managers.

Nisha is a great agent to work with. She was very responsive to all requests and worked hard coordinating trades to ensure the house was clean and the gardens tidy when I moved in.

The tenant of my property broke their lease, so I decided to hunt around for a new agent to manage the property. Found Nisha had all 5 star reviews so had an initial chat and I liked her no nonsense, get the job done approach. Within 3 days she had found a new tenant with excellent references, and secured a 10% rent increase at the same time. Property required a bit of work as the previous agent had really let the place gradually degrade over the past 5 years. Nisha has arranged numerous suppliers over the past week, all at competitive prices to bring the property back up to high quality standard. Looking forward having Nisha manage the property going forward. Good to have someone on the same side and mindset in regard to property management.
