Nisha is a great agent to work with. She was very responsive to all requests and worked hard coordinating trades to ensure the house was clean and the gardens tidy when I moved in.

The tenant of my property broke their lease, so I decided to hunt around for a new agent to manage the property. Within 3 days she had found a new tenant with excellent references, and secured a 10% rent increase at the same time. Property required a bit of work as the previous agent had really let the place gradually degrade over the past 5 years. Nisha has arranged numerous suppliers over the past week, all at competitive prices to bring the property back up to high quality standard.
