We have had an excellent experience with Hayley and the team at Gartland. Hayley has been professional, responsive and extremely easy to deal with throughout the management of our property. We’ve had a really positive experience with McGrath. Communication has been prompt, clear, and follow through has occurred in line with what’s been stated. We have felt valued as tenants and have found our experience with McGrath to be really genuine and caring.

Very good knowledgable experience from Sally and Jasmine from first contact through to finding tenants and leasing. Thorough and quick turn around renting our property out with very good communication and prompt replies from Jasmine and Sally.

Extremely responsive and prompt with replies. Very professional and courteous at all times!

We recently purchased our property in Geelong and employed Gartland as our management agent. We have found all the team members we have worked with to be exceptional. Insightful, flexible and responsive would be the words I would use to describe our relationship. Keep up the great work guys.

I found Gartland to be highly professional and easy to communicate with throughout the entire process. As first-time landlords, we appreciated being kept informed at every stage while letting out our property. They also efficiently organised any required work, sourced quotes, and maintained clear and open communication throughout.

I was very appreciative of the leasing agent for allowing me to view the property via FaceTime video link. My property agent attended in my absence as I was in Sydney and couldn't make the on site viewing in person. The video link worked very well. Thanks to Gartland for their cooperation, it was very much appreciated.

We had a great experience working with Gartland for leasing our property in Hamlyn Heights. The entire process was handled very professionally, from marketing the property to securing a tenant quickly. The team was highly responsive and kept us informed at every stage, making the experience smooth and stress-free. Their knowledge of the local market was evident, and they were able to achieve a fair rental price with minimal vacancy. A special thanks to the team for their efficiency in screening and placing a quality tenant and ensuring everything was finalised promptly. Overall, we’re very happy with the service provided and would highly recommend Gartland to anyone looking for reliable property management in Geelong.
