This is our first time renting our investment property through an agency. We were cautious who we would lease our property through as we have heard plenty of stories about poor performing leasing / property agents. Thankfully Belle Property have been absolutley great. They have just made the process so easy for us and I honestly couldn't recommend them high enough to others.
