Its nice to have Heritage Realty manages our investment house. The percentage cut I believe is fair and communication with our agent is constant. Sometimes our agent can’t reply the email straight away, but overall were happy to be manage by Heritage.

Their agreement was detailed with specific description of the house including photos. Minor issues in the house were fixed after moving in.

Karen contacted me in regard to needing to search for new tenants and starting the application process. I have had the same tenants since the house was built in 2019 and they were great tenants, so I an naturally scared to get new tenants, not knowing who and what you are going to get.
