Gosh I can’t begin to describe how wonderful it is to find a property manager that actually treats you like a human. Renters - these people will look out for you. They’re warm, friendly and professional. Absolute diamonds in the rough.

Easy, helpful, outgoing - everything went smoothly

The overall experience has been positive, however there are areas that need improvement, such as following basic instructions to ensure blinds were down and doors were locked properly after inspections. Although I had contacted the agency and raised my concerns, they were receptive and advised that it wouldn't happen again, but unfortunately it did. So everytime an inspection took place, I as the landlord, always went to the property to ensure it was locked and blinds closed, because that trust was damaged. I knew a different person to my property manager conducted the open for inspection, so I considered speaking to the director about this issue. However my property manager was not the one that held the inspection, I didn't want to cause her any grief, as she was always very helpful. Overall happy with the service and communication, worthy of 4 stars but could be better if Collings representatives would listen carefully and take notes of simple requests as mentioned above.
