Recently had out investment property re-leased through Astute and had new tenants located and approved within a week. Couldn't be happier with the updates and servce provided.
No complaints at all with Belle Hope Island's Property Management. The did what they said with a minimum of fuss. So far so good.

Yvette has gone over and beyond to make sure everything gets done if there is an issue whenever we have a problem she is easy to get in contact with makes sure that we are ok and if there is anything else she can do to help everything gets sorted asap and if it doesn’t she stays on top of it till it’s solved we couldn’t ask for a better property manager

As a new real estate investor, I had a lot of naive questions, but the team was very friendly and helpful, and I couldn't have asked for anything better. They also professionally assisted in handling some handover issues with the previous owner. Rachel has been so welcoming, her communication has been great and has really made me feel comfortable to talk to her about anything concerning my properties. After my rental property was on the rental market for 6 weeks with no interest, Rachel took on this what seemed impossible task and got me the price I wanted within less then a week of taking over the property. Her work ethic and drive to help where ever needed is unmatched. Rachel and the team have gone over and beyond to make sure the property was up to a great standard while on the rental market.
