Gareth has been a great property manager. We had to vacate our previous rental due to renovations being done and the date to leave was only a few days away when we got the phone call from Gareth letting us know that our application has been successful. Gareth went out of his way to ensure we could move in quickly which was a big relief, he made the whole process go smoothly and was easy to communicate with. There was a couple of repairs that needed to be done and they were carried out in good time by very professional and friendly tradesmen. Gareth's professionalism and work ethic is far above that of previous Property Manager’s that we have had to deal with in the past. I highly recommend Gareth and RE/MAX United if you are looking for a rental property.

Their communication has been clear and consistent, and they’ve handled everything professionally from tenant management to routine inspections. What we appreciate most is their proactive approach and attention to detail it gives us real peace of mind knowing our investment is in good hands. Any issues have been addressed quickly and efficiently.

A number of things were wrong with the apartment on move in however after communication with the agent it was agreed these issues would be looked during the first inspection and hopefully rectified. Found the apartment to have been cleaned however dust was noticed in the wooden blinds and range was still greasy (all noted in entry report). Found the agent to be very professional and the team assisted me to complete initial bond and advance payments via the system. Very polite, helpful and knowledgeable.

This review is more for Angeline than the entire team at Ray White Alliance. Angeline has been nothing short of excellent. We cannot recommend her more highly. She came on board and dealt with several issues we had with tenancies and management of the property. No hassle. No fuss. No excuses. What she did not know, she researched, obtained advice and relayed the information accurately and concisely. Angeline just dealt with everything without any drama. Angeline responds promptly, which is a huge plus for us and is always happy to provide advice which puts us as the landlords first and foremost. Angeline.. Thank you for everything.
