I have really great experience of renting with them. They are pretty quick and responsive with everything. Thanks
The entire leasing team made the process effortless and seamless. The Property Manager was helpful and highly receptive to our requirements. All transactions with her were smooth, efficient, and friendly. Cloe understood our needs right from the start and maintained a warm, welcoming, and professional demeanour throughout. Highly recommended!
from buying the place they called me with every step. Getting tenants they let me know every step. they let me know when inspection was happening and let me be involved and let me know asap if something came up.
We couldn’t compliment VIBE enough if we tried. They had so much compassion for us when we needed immediate housing, Hayley was so lovely and kind in all our dealings with her and the whole team have been incredibly welcoming and helpful. As someone who has rented for over 10 years, I have loved the VIBE experience the most by far. Thank you VIBE!
Staff wonderful, clear explanation of the process.
My experience with Peek property has been excellent, especially with Mariana she has been very professional and her communication has been great. The routine inspections that she carries out are made trouble free and very easy with great communication with scheduling the inspections. I would highly recommend Peek property group to anyone looking for a property manager.

Having not rented in over 15 years, the rental process appeared to be daunting and wasn’t looking forward to it however after meeting Shannon for the first time, I was totally blown away by her professionalism and dedication to making the process smooth and simple. Her communication was always detailed and polite, house inspections were routine and feedback was constructive yet not condescending. She is a standout asset to her agency and would have no hesitation in using her for future property endeavours as by far, the best I’ve seen in this industry.
