It has been a pleasure to have Ben Croft handle the leasing of my property. He was very professional in his approach, provided excellent feedback throughout the process, and he lived up to his promises. I highly recommend Ben Croft when looking for an agent to secure you a reliable tenant in these difficult times.

Excellent service, great communication, went above and beyond when we were looking at investment properties, we would recommend Pinnacle to anyone requiring real estate management.

I've been renting from Pinnacle Properties Qld for the past 6 years, and I couldn't recommend them more highly! From day one, the staff has been incredibly friendly and professional—always quick to respond to questions, handle maintenance requests, and make the whole renting process feel seamless and stress-free. Whether it's sorting out a minor repair or just checking in on how things are going, they go above and beyond with genuine care. Hands down, the best real estate experience I've had.
