The staff are very friendly and speak politely when having discussions on my rental properties. Also, they are up to date with the market value of the properties within the area. They are well organise in arranging tradesmen to do work on the properties.

It has been a pleasure to deal with Paul, Michael and Holly. Paul is never too busy to take the time to answer all my questions about being a landlord. I was nervous about renting my beloved unit for the first time but Paul put my mind at ease and answered with full transparency all of questions big and small.
