Ivan Chua was our property manager throughout our lease and he was great to deal with from start to finish. His communication was always clear, prompt ,professional and he was consistently kind and approachable. Any issues ,questions or requests were sorted out as quickly as possible and he was extremely helpful in every way during our tenancy. We really appreciated his support and the positive experience he provided while managing the property.

I found the Property Manager, Ivan very helpful and overall I would rate highly. Unfortunately my not so great experience came for their unorganised administration side when dealing with office staff.

William is professional but at times lacks the correct communication skills. And unfortunately slipped when negotiating the new rental terms for new tenants. I felt like there was hidden communication regarding the lease arrangement with tenants leaving property early and timing of new tenants coming in. Having to pay three weeks of rent and not knowing that was going to happen is not ideal.

Their dedication and support made the entire process smooth and stress-free. I would highly recommend their services to anyone looking to rent or buy a property.

MPM Property Agents are highly recommended. My wife and I bought a property in Holmview in 2017. Danielle and her team were amazing in looking after the maintenance and rental collections. Ashley from MPM Property went above our expectations for the sale of the property which settled today. In the 9 years we owned the property we never had to visit it as there were no issues with rental collections or maintenance. MPM Property did a fantastic job in keeping us informed of every detail regarding the property. We will choose MPM Property as our agents again should we invest in another property around the area.

I think I can speak for most when I say that going through the leasing process is quite stressful, finding a compatible tenant suited for your home, the questions, the doubts. All of that! However having leasing my home through MPM Property it has softened the blow of the usual circumstances of leasing a home. Great experience with Danielle, she is very professional and knowledgeable in her field.

Communication has been seamless. Signing documents also easy and convenient. The property had 2 minor defects and both were fixed within 48hrs of notifying reception.
