I was getting letters, texts and calls from other real estates hoping to get business but when I contacted Manpreet, she was extremely professional and let me come back to her with questions instead of constant follow up. She ensures timely communication, provided everything (including links/recommendations) I needed to manage -which is a lot renting a house- and cut costs for me where possible. We had a huge amount of applications and Manpreet went through professionally ensuring applicants were suitable, securing tenants within 2 weeks. She always offered to come to me or help where she could knowing I was juggling moving interstate including for collecting keys and getting them cut. She worked with me for home timings that suited me and just made the experience really smooth. I would highly recommend her and her team!

Wow, truly a impressive experience overall. Much to my shock a property we had just purchased had been broken into between settlement and the first open house, by a homeless family. Luckily Jackie knew exactly what to do to gain possession within 24 hours and at the same time (despite quite the clean up required) was still able to rent the property for $50 more the expected at this same open house. I didn't have to deal with any of the trouble and now a few weeks on we have a happy family living in the property. Highly recommend Jackie and the My Logan Realty team! Kind Regards.
