Dylan has been very responsive and proactive in helping us to secure a tenant. And Sophia’s attention to details helped to finalize the lease in a speedy manner. Very happy with the result.

The property manager Jasmine Shade knows the tenancy ordinance and communicates effectively to me and my tenants. Dylan Henry has a good knowledge of the rental market and provides good advice. Rohan Alexander the director does not know what is happening and makes suggestions without communicating with his team and tried to change terms unilaterally without consultation making the experience unpleasant

Dylan, Carmen and the team have been super helpful throughout the process. Not once did I have to chase them for any information or updates. They always clarified any questions I had and followed up after my property had been rent. Could not recommend them enough.

I engaged LJ Hooker Ashfield to manage my investment property and was very pleased with their service. The team - Adrian Abrook, Marc Crisafulli, Tracy Cheng, and Matthew Elazzi - are professional, approachable, and always responsive to queries. Adrian was excellent throughout the sales process, providing timely information and valuable insights that helped us confidently make our purchase decision and execute the transaction. Marc provided outstanding support by clearly briefing us on the leasing process, organising and coordinating property enhancement works, sourcing reliable tradespeople, and ensuring the work was carried out diligently. Tracy and Matthew handled the leasing process efficiently and were able to secure a tenant within a relatively short timeframe. Overall, a reliable and well-organised team that I would strongly recommend.

Amazing from the outset. We changed managing agents two years back and now have an agent is proactive and provides regular updates. Even with the loss of a tenant, the effort to remedy and place someone leading up to the xmas period has been above and beyond expectations with a tenant locked in for the new year. Thank you and keep up the excellent work!

Matthew and the team at LJ hooker Ashfield have been very helpful and very prompt with communication.

Joanna is an exceptional and very experienced property manager and has looked after our properties for years including leasing, finding tenants and managing the property. She is pro-active, highly efficient, understands the market and relevant laws and maintains utmost professionalism and clear communication at all times. This has led to a lot of trust and a smooth experience when dealing with Joanna and the team at Raine & Horne Concord. Thank you

Very responsive, efficient and generally great to deal with. The team was knowledgeable about the area. They were extremely efficient in responding and were very communicative.
