Samantha & her team has been fantastic. Managed the transition well in terms of outgoing and new tenant. Constant update and kept me well informed with the situation, also gave good advice in terms of market changes & strategy. Very detail in terms of Inspections and Report.

Met Cooper at the door of the property on inspection. He was helpful and friendly, with good information about the property. Once I applied, Amy took over. She called and asked a few questions about my reasons for moving, and a few other supporting questions, but was also very friendly and forthcoming. Interactions with my previous agents always seemed a bit antagonistic. During the initial moving-in process, I emailed and called about a number of items that might be an issue, and she's been very prompt and helpful with her replies. It's only been a couple of weeks, and I'm still in the process of moving in - but so far, they have been excellent agents. If this continues into the future, it could be the start of a beautiful relationship (with apologies to Humphrey Bogart).
