Overview of Penshurst, NSW, 2222

Chantelle was informative, took initiative and we feel that our property is being looked after properly for the first time in over 3 decades. They are professional, efficient and do what they say Couldnt be happier with Harwood Property Agents. D

Hayley was recommended to us via a friend of a friend and we are so happy we chose her to let our apartment. Our situation was tricky as we reside overseas, so we needed an agent that could help us navigate what was needed and work with other family members. From the start Hayley explained the process and helped us with advice on getting the apartment ready to let. We found a tenant within 10 days once it was ready to market. Along the way Hayley was very professional and communicated always. We'll enjoy working with Hayley through the tenancy. I would recommend her to anyone.

Chantelle was effective, efficient and manages to represent both the tenants interest and the landlords interest very well

PRD Oatley has been managing our rental properties for over 20 years. In particular Hayley Green has been a pleasure to work with and a real asset to her team. Hayley understands the importance of building a good relationship with her landlords and tenants. She is very responsive to any queries or issues that arise from both sides. We trust her to be able to find the best tenants for our properties and she manages the rental with professionalism. We would highly recommend Hayley and PRD Oatley.
