Kylie is a very proactive property manager, with strong stakeholder relationship management skills. We had a plumbing emergency at our property and Kylie responded quickly. Ensuring the tenants were happy and the emergency was fixed.

Kylie has been a please to deal with! Not living in the area ourselves and being our first investment, she took the time to answer our many questions and continues to keep us informed.

Our experience thus far with Shiels and co is flawless. Personalised treatment and lots of market knowledge!!! Kylie has been the best property manager we have ever had after years of renting our property. Her communication and management of tenancy has made the rental process easier then it has ever been!! Thankyou

They were extremely patient and understanding especially this was among my first few applications and they provided timely updates such as contact information for when to book the lifts or appointments. They provided advice for when first moving into the apartment and were extremely kind.

Continuing my good experience with Robinsons Real Estate Vetting of prospective tenants was excellent Setting of rental rates was market driven and satisfactory. As Landlord the changeover was easy and reliable,

Nicole and Kylie both helped get moving in issues fixed promptly, and this was very much appreciated - thanks again!
