Everything from contacting the property manager about problems to talking about services etc every step in setting up our rental went really smooth due to the very competent and kind managers at harcourts

Recently our tenants gave short notice, and Kerrie and Scott were on top of it. They arranged the post-tenancy maintenance, advised us what new price to ask, advertised and organised open homes. They summarised the tenants' applications and we chose the best fit. We had new tenants sign the lease within a couple of weeks. Both Kerrie and Scott are very personable. While attending inspections all staff were exceptionally professional, friendly and helpful. Scott in particular went out of his way to help answer every question I had. He was also very knowledgeable on all the properties we attended. Holly is our current property manager and she has been amazing, she’s super quick to respond to any questions and she has had all the information we have needed for our moving process. She has also been very friendly and welcoming. It can be a little bit intimidating moving houses but the staff at Belle property have made the transition as stress free as possible.

All the staff, from our first viewing of the rental property to signing the lease, were very professional and friendly. I'm extremely happy with their service.
