Elevate took initiative and reached out to us. They were a friendly way to start our rental and have quick response time.

I can’t compliment the crew from Elevate particularly Faith and Paige enough for their commitment to getting a result with the minimum of fuss and the maximum of communication. It’s rare to find proper management as efficient as this group

The team at Elevate rapidly found a tenant for my rental property after a tenant requested to break lease ensuring no vacant time for my property. A suitable tenant was found the same week as the notice was received.

Overall, I must say that I was quite impressed with the level of professionalism and attention to detail that you exhibited throughout the process. From our initial communication to the final signing of the lease agreement, you were always prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable.

The team at link living did an awesome job getting our property rented. They were highly responsive, and went above and beyond and ensured that the entire process felt simple.

I have dealt with a number of Property management companies in both Victoria and Queensland and I can say that this company have performed far better than any of the others and I have no hesitation in recommending them to everyone, give Brad a call
