Upon moving into our property we noticed a lot of issues that were missed by the previous tenants. We reached out to the agents and for every issue they’ve been really responsive and proactive in resolving anything we’ve found so far ! We’re pretty hopeful (and feeling pretty optimistic) that this level of attention and care continues throughout the tenancy !

We’ve only recently started renting through SPACE Property Paddington, but our experience so far has been incredibly positive. From our very first interaction, our property manager Lianna has been professional, organised and clear in her communication, which made the whole process feel straightforward and stress-free. What really stood out to us was how personable she is. She took the time to answer all of our questions, made sure we understood each step of the process and genuinely made us feel welcome. Based on our experience so far, we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her.

Immediately after I contacted them, they provided me excellent support and also shared their extensive knowledge of the local rental market. They appraise the rental value of my property in a very fair way and only 6 days from our initial conversation, they rented out our property. They also arranged all compliances inspection. I moved overseas at the start of last year and I was very nervous about renting out my unit. I didn’t want to sell but I knew I couldn’t be a reliable landlord while away so I needed someone who could handle things for me while I’m away. Enter Breanna! From the very beginning she has been responsive to every single one of my 1000 questions. She has been able to give invaluable advice and recommendations, and truely shows she’s an expert in her field. I recommended her to another friend who also moved overseas and she similarly has had no issues. Breanna regularly checks in to the property and relays to me how things are going. On the flip side she also cares about the tenants. It’s important to me as someone who has rented a lot in the past to have my tenants be happy and at home. And Breanna fills that to a T, making sure that the tenants are also happy. If you are in need of a real estate agent I could not recommend Breanna enough!

Kandice was great in outlining the pros & cons from each quote so we could make decisions quickly. She then organised to get the trades in ASAP & in the right order. This helped us be able to secure a new tenant sooner. Very happy

Kandace is an exceptional property manager who helped us fast-track renovations (full re-paint & carpet, a/c install, and minor maintenance items) ahead of procuring a new tenant at the right weekly rent. We live in NSW, but it felt like we had our own Project Manager on site in QLD ! Kandace was fantastic at organising the trades and would call us immediately anything needed to be discussed. Following the refurb, Kandace was quick to get the property on the market and leased to a quality tenant at the right price. Kandace is a great communicator and helped us make the right decisions for our investment. We could not recommend her highly enough ! Thanks Kandace :)

This is our first time renting our investment property through an agency. We were cautious who we would lease our property through as we have heard plenty of stories about poor performing leasing / property agents. Thankfully Belle Property have been absolutley great. Both Harry Stallman and Adele Romans have been absolutle professionals and just a delight to work with. They have just made the process so easy for us and I honestly couldn't recommend them high enough to others.
