The staff I dealt with including the reception staffer were lovely to deal with, very helpful with all my questions. The staff are very supportive and Anja our property manager is just lovely, she was very pacient and took the time to explain the Our Tenant portal which is quite easy to navegate for a technically challenged person as myself.
