We recently moved into a rental property leased by Position One Property and from first inspection to now, finally being moved in we have encountered the most incredibly professional team. It was clear from day 1 they cared about their tenants just as much as their home owners which in my opinion is a number one quality of this agency. In the past other agencies have failed miserably making us as tenants feel “lower class”. Position One has been fair and reasonable on all encounters and I wouldn’t hesitate to deal with them again when we choose to buy our own home. We have dealt with nearly everyone in Position One Coorparoo and have found all to be professional in their manner but also super friendly and honest. Thank you Position One Coorparoo!

The staff I dealt with including the reception staffer were lovely to deal with, very helpful with all my questions. The staff are very supportive and Anja our property manager is just lovely, she was very pacient and took the time to explain the Our Tenant portal which is quite easy to navegate for a technically challenged person as myself. They appraise the rental value of my property in a very fair way and only 6 days from our initial conversation, they rented out our property. They also arranged all compliances inspection.
