Overview of Kenmore Hills, QLD, 4069

This is our first time renting our investment property through an agency. We were cautious who we would lease our property through as we have heard plenty of stories about poor performing leasing / property agents. Thankfully Belle Property have been absolutley great. Both Harry Stallman and Adele Romans have been absolutle professionals and just a delight to work with. They have just made the process so easy for us and I honestly couldn't recommend them high enough to others.

Scott is so professional, organised,& easy to communicate with. Jess is proactive, pleasant & professional also. They made our process smooth & effortless.

We very much appreciate the professionalism of Arran in managing our properties and dealing with sometimes difficult matters in an efficient manner. Arran is a pleasure to deal with, her communication and responsiveness is a credit to the organisiation in looking after both ourselves and our tenants. We recently moved an additional property to Belle due to Aaran's competence and dedication. Harrison has been proactive in obtaining the best market rental return possible whilst keeping the vacancy rate as low as possible.

I've had my apartment managed by Kelly at Plum Property for 5 months. It's been great since the first day with timely communication, great advice and helpful responses to any questions I've had. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Kelly and the team at Plum Property if you're looking for property management.

I would like to acknowledge Kelly Shore my property manager who is so friendly and always helpful with all my needs. She also always checks in from time to time to make sure everything is going well. She completes tasks that you have asked her instantly and communicates very well. As a renter I would recommend Plum property as a real estate and hope to continue on my rental journey with them.

Say yes and don't look back, you will be in great hands with the team at Plum Property.

We used Vasile Property Group services recently to rent out our investment property. Immediately after I contacted them, they provided me excellent support and also shared their extensive knowledge of the local rental market. They appraise the rental value of my property in a very fair way and only 6 days from our initial conversation, they rented out our property. They also arranged all compliances inspection. Couldn’t be more than happy from the excellent service that I have received. Big shoutout for Breanna for her great performance. Highly recommended!

We have had a very positive experience with my property manager, Bre. She communicates clearly, responds promptly, and manages the property with care and professionalism. Her attention to detail and proactive approach have made a significant difference.

I moved overseas at the start of last year and I was very nervous about renting out my unit. I didn’t want to sell but I knew I couldn’t be a reliable landlord while away so I needed someone who could handle things for me while I’m away. Enter Breanna! From the very beginning she has been responsive to every single one of my 1000 questions. She has been able to give invaluable advice and recommendations, and truely shows she’s an expert in her field. I recommended her to another friend who also moved overseas and she similarly has had no issues. Breanna regularly checks in to the property and relays to me how things are going. On the flip side she also cares about the tenants. It’s important to me as someone who has rented a lot in the past to have my tenants be happy and at home. And Breanna fills that to a T, making sure that the tenants are also happy. If you are in need of a real estate agent I could not recommend Breanna enough!
