Overview of Legana, TAS, 7277

Very happy with everything over all, never been through a professional company to list my property on the market and everything has been very smooth. Anything I was worried about there was always an answer with an explanation.

The team at Harrison Agents has been exceptionally easy to work with. Nothing was too difficult, and throughout both the buying and leasing process they demonstrated a strong understanding of market dynamics. Thank you for all your support and assistance

As a new property investor, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience than the one I’ve had with Harrison Agents Launceston (Nikita, Aspen, Lance and the team). From the very beginning, they guided me through the entire process with patience, professionalism, and expertise. They took the time to answer all my questions (no matter how small - thanks Lance!) and made sure I felt confident and informed every step of the way. Their responsiveness is truly exceptional. Whether it was a quick query or a more complex issue, the team were available and quick to provide clear, helpful answers. They made what could have been an overwhelming experience feel seamless. What really sets them apart is their attention to detail and genuine care for both property owners and tenants. They’ve handled everything from tenant selection to maintenance with efficiency and professionalism, ensuring my property is well-managed and the tenants are happy. I’m incredibly grateful for their support and expertise, and I would highly recommend Harrison Agents Launceston to anyone looking for a reliable and dedicated property management team. They’ve made my first experience as a property investor an absolute success!

Im from Melbourne and soon we are moving to Legana. I was so confused how could I get a house in that area. I applied to this property and mr. Lance who was my agent. He helped me a lot. I highly recommend for Mr. Lance and Harrison rental company. They are very helpful and kind.

I’ve had an excellent experience with Property Wise Launceston, particularly with Sally, who has been outstanding as a property management agent. Sally is professional, approachable, and highly efficient. She communicates clearly, follows up promptly, and always handles matters with care and attention to detail. What really stands out is Sally’s genuine commitment to providing great service. She is proactive, reliable, and makes property management feel easy and well organised. It’s reassuring to know the property is in such capable hands.

Lance Carnes of Harrison Agents has provided us with excellent service from the beginning of our property searching journey. He has been informative, extremely helpful and a pleasure to communicate with. We were constantly kept up to date and he ensured that the entire process was a smooth one. Took the stress out of what could have been a very stressful period.
