Village Property have managed the lease of my unit for over seven years. Throughout that time, I have been very happy with their service. They have always been prompt, professional and responsive, making the entire property leasing process stress-free. Their marketing consistently achieves great results, with minimal time between tenants and their communication has always been excellent. I would happily recommend them to anyone looking for a professional, reliable property management team.

The Team at Village have been nothing but exceptional. From finding tenants quickly, attention to repairs, replacing carpet - EVERYTHING done efficiently and with fuss.

Very professional and great communication throughout the leasing of my property. Highly recommended.

Dylan has been very responsive and proactive in helping us to secure a tenant. And Sophia’s attention to details helped to finalize the lease in a speedy manner. Very happy with the result.

The property manager Jasmine Shade knows the tenancy ordinance and communicates effectively to me and my tenants. Dylan Henry has a good knowledge of the rental market and provides good advice. Rohan Alexander the director does not know what is happening and makes suggestions without communicating with his team and tried to change terms unilaterally without consultation making the experience unpleasant

Dylan, Carmen and the team have been super helpful throughout the process. Not once did I have to chase them for any information or updates. They always clarified any questions I had and followed up after my property had been rent. Could not recommend them enough.

Jorja and the team were professional, responsive and easy to deal with.

Harris Tripp agents are well knowledgeable in the rental market, they are active and professional during and after the property inspections.

Huge thanks to Benjamin for securing a tenant for our investment property so efficiently! The entire process was seamless, professional and stress-free. We couldn’t be happier with the result and highly recommend Benjamin and the Harris Tripp team to any landlord!

Alex was extremely professional in keeping me informed throughout the process of finding a new tenant for my property. Having trusted LJ Hooker to manage my property for more than 15 years, this was my first time working with Alex, and I was very impressed. Alex demonstrated excellent knowledge of the rental market and kept me updated every step of the way. Her ability to secure a suitable replacement tenant was handled efficiently, professionally, and in a timely manner. I greatly appreciated her clear communication, expertise, and commitment to achieving a positive outcome. I would highly recommend Alex to anyone seeking a knowledgeable and dedicated property manager.

I engaged LJ Hooker Ashfield to manage my investment property and was very pleased with their service. The team - Adrian Abrook, Marc Crisafulli, Tracy Cheng, and Matthew Elazzi - are professional, approachable, and always responsive to queries. Adrian was excellent throughout the sales process, providing timely information and valuable insights that helped us confidently make our purchase decision and execute the transaction. Marc provided outstanding support by clearly briefing us on the leasing process, organising and coordinating property enhancement works, sourcing reliable tradespeople, and ensuring the work was carried out diligently. Tracy and Matthew handled the leasing process efficiently and were able to secure a tenant within a relatively short timeframe. Overall, a reliable and well-organised team that I would strongly recommend.

Amazing from the outset. We changed managing agents two years back and now have an agent is proactive and provides regular updates. Even with the loss of a tenant, the effort to remedy and place someone leading up to the xmas period has been above and beyond expectations with a tenant locked in for the new year. Thank you and keep up the excellent work!

Jade was absolutely amazing from the start. Clear communication, friendly service and all-round great experience. Thank you, Jade!

Always prompt, easy communication, expert advice.

McGrath Strathfield; particularly the Property Management team, carry themselves with integrity, ethics and high standards. Being a tenant of 2 years with them, the experience has been seamless and enjoyable. Highly recommend this agency.
