Overview of Lilywood, QLD, 4513

From the beginning, working with Kylie was a pleasure. She took the time to explain the rental process, the benefits of working with their team, and how they would support us as landlords. Kylie was always responsive to our questions and provided helpful advice on current rental market conditions. As our property is part of a new development, her insights into what to expect were particularly valuable. As we live interstate, Kylie and Aaron were very supportive throughout the process. They attended the property handover and arranged to collect the keys on our behalf when we were unable to be there. Aaron kept us informed of the outcomes from open homes and worked with us to secure tenants who were a good fit for the property. We have appreciated their professionalism, communication, and support throughout the leasing process, and we look forward to continuing to work with them over the course of the lease. We would happily recommend Kylie and Aaron to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and reliable property management team.
