Kailey is always very kind and patient to help me out with all the rental issues. I am very grateful to all her helps. I am very blessed to have Kailey as my rental agent. Than you, Kailey.

I had an excellent experience with Kailey Wilson. From the initial inquiry to the finalization of the lease, Kailey was extremely responsive, professional, and helpful. She kept me informed at every step and ensured all my questions were promptly answered. Her dedication and attention to detail made the entire leasing process smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend Kailey for her outstanding service and commitment to her clients.

After residing at the same rental property for almost a decade my husband and I found the process of finding a new rental property quite changed and very overwhelming. We encountered Stella Rose whilst in the midst of this crazy time. We found her very warm and inviting whilst viewing a property. Unfortunately at the time we thought the property did not suit all our needs. A couple of weeks later we were still looking (new to the rental market after a decade!). Looking online we found another of her properties that ticked all our boxes. After submitting our application and providing as much supporting information as we could Stella Rose was amazing. She walked us through the rest of the process with care and patience. The professionalism, efficiency and communication she showed was beyond amazing. Since moving in Stella has continued to provide us with exemplary service and support. We are so very grateful.

I had a fantastic experience working with Jae and Maddison from O’Brien Real Estate to prepare my Langwarrin property for lease. They handled every detail seamlessly, making the entire preparation and listing process smooth, quick, and stress-free. Their local market knowledge, prompt communication, and proactive approach were outstanding. I highly recommend Jae and Maddison to anyone looking for reliable, top-tier property managers/agents in the area!

I have delt with O'Brien Real-estate when purchasing my property and had nothing short of an excellent experience. The team were extremely professional and kept me informed throughout the entire process. This has led to me trusting Jae and the team at O'Brien property management to lease and care for my property. As expected, not only has Jae secured me a substantial weekly rent, but also carries the same high standards and client focused care that I have now associated with O'Brien Real-estate. Thank you greatly to all involved, and keep up the fantastic work!

Jae and Rhys have been amazing in the onboarding journey and made me feel very comfortable with handing my house keys to them for renting it out. Their market knowledge and professionalism is great. Maddison is also amazing and she takes no time in responding to all your queries. Lovely team :)
