Overview of Lyneham, ACT, 2602

Working with the team at Marq Property was an outstanding experience from start to finish. What really stood out was the genuine personal connection they built throughout the entire process. Rather than treating us like just another transaction, they took the time to understand our needs, kept us informed at every stage, and were always approachable and responsive. Their professionalism was matched by their warmth and care, making what can often be a stressful experience feel smooth and reassuring. We always felt that they had our best interests at heart, and their honest communication gave us complete confidence in every decision. If you’re looking for an agency that values relationships as much as results, I highly recommend Marq Property. Their commitment to building trust and lasting personal connections truly sets them apart. This our second time with Matt, our go to for all property advice. Bek always has time for my endless questions.

Peta has been absolutely amazing throughout our tenancy. She has always been incredibly responsive, kind, and genuinely willing to help with any issues we’ve had. Every time we’ve reached out, she has organised everything quickly and kept us updated, making what could have been stressful situations so much easier. She always goes above and beyond to make sure things are resolved, and it’s clear that she truly cares about both tenants and property owners. We’ve had quite a few maintenance requests over the past months, and Peta has handled every single one with patience, professionalism, and efficiency. It’s rare to come across a property manager who is so approachable, reliable, and supportive. Thank you so much, Peta, for all your hard work and for always being there to help. We really appreciate everything you’ve done for us. You are truly one of the best property managers we’ve ever had!

Just wanted to leave a quick note here as well to say how great Tahlie has been over the last 5 years while we were at Axis. She’s been genuinely easy to deal with the whole time. Always super polite, responsive and on top of things. Anytime we had an issue, she’d already be onto it or sorting it out straight away which made a big difference for us. Our end of lease process was also a lot smoother than we expected. Inspection, key handover, everything was pretty straightforward and well organised. What’s been a stressful time at previous rentals ended up being a really easy experience. We’ve dealt with a few property managers over the years and Tahlie has definitely been one of the best. Thanks again Tahlie. You're a star and we really appreciate everything.

Stephanie was an outstanding real estate agent from start to finish. She was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about achieving the best outcome. Her communication was clear and timely, and she always took the time to explain each step of the process, which made everything feel stress-free especially as a first time renter. Stephanie went above and beyond, was incredibly responsive, and handled every detail with confidence and care. I would highly recommend her

Natalie and Steph from Goodhaus Property are standout Canberra agents. They found a tenant in just one week, handling everything from ads to referee checks with incredible efficiency. Their customer-focused approach was so impressive that I’ve already moved my other properties to their care. The handover was effortless; they handled the entire transition and kept me updated every step of the way. I love their proactive approach, including personally greeting current tenants. It’s rare to find a team so dedicated to going the extra mile for both landlords and tenants. I highly recommend Goodhaus Property for total peace of mind.

It was pleasure to have Amber Basnet in our purchase of the property. He was balanced with all parties and easily understood with excellent communication skills and with no request unattended. I would highly recommend him to any seller or buyer.

My experience with Chayan and Belle were so great. Chayan has been always responsive to all my inquiries, and Belle is absolutely a problem solver! I highly recommend VC property for selling, buying and managing properties

They’ve been so helpful and communicated really well. Taken care of everything I’ve handed them.
