Very good response especially when we're away overseas they manage to keep us up-to-date and manage with all maintenance necessary repairs via email. We have been using them as our agent since 22 Sept 2003(more than 20 years) carry down from their previous partners, prior to company name change to Aurora. We're please with the way they handle the property n make sure that all requests are handled in a professional manner.

Laurice at Aurora has been amazing with managing my property. From her high expectations of the condition of the property when doing inspections to her communication with me about maintenance, inspections, listing the property for rental and screening applications for rental. She has assisted me with seeking quotes for blinds and painting, reporting issues to the Strata Managers and just generally very efficient and professional. She responds promptly to both email and phone calls and is always upbeat and polite in her manner.

She is : a great communicator – all her responses are timely, as are her actions ; proactive – cares about making sure the rental of my property is positive, professional and thorough; sound market knowledge – provides very solid and helpful advice that has been of great assistance for my decision making; maintenance issues are dealt with quickly and efficiently, again with great communication and quality quotes etc, ensuring both the tenant and I get a good outcome.
