Very well with information and very friendly staff
The team at Orana Property may the entire process extremely simple and quick. They were quick to respond to any questions that I had, quick to update on application progress, and once I was approved for a property, they were friendly and responsive every step of the way.
Very helpful throughout the whole process in all areas of expertise. Felt in good hands all the way through the process.
I’m currently selling up my investment property so no longer have need for a property manager. Over the last thirty, odd, years I’ve gone through a number of different owners of this agency office and a multitude of property managers. Tamara is by far the best in all facets of the game. I trust her so completely that I gave her permission to make important decisions if I was unable to be contacted quickly enough. In future I would seek her out personally and do business with her, regardless of which office she worked for.

All aspects of the process so far have been dealt with professionally and in a timely manner. Tracy and the Property Management team at Remax Extreme are extremely switched on and knowledgeable. We're from interstate and that didn't really matter as Tracy ensured we had the best customer experience from the start. Tracy provided excellent advice and capitalised on their network of service providers to complete the necessary works very quickly and get the property ready for tenancy. Ultimately, they managed to lease the house after the first open home. We are in very capable hands with the Remax Extreme team.
