Without a second thought, Semple PG picked up my rental and ran with it. In a matter of 6 weeks the old tenant was moved on without a hitch, cleaners sorted out and had a new tenant in the property and rented it out for $25p/w more than the asking price!! Thank you!!

Cheap rent and good agent

Everything was transparent, and I had an amazing experience with Ash Mills to secure our apartment. She is wonderful to deal with, deeply professional, and transparent every step of the way. She made the entire process of getting our apartment seamless and straightforward.

Xceed team have been nothing short of professional. Clear and concise communication and prompt at replying to emails. Our property manager belynda has been really attentive and prompt with all email correspondence. Shes is a very helpful property manager leads with excellent professionalism.

The whole process went very smooth, the property was listed during Christmas holidays however the agents were so supportive. The property had 2 home open and a private viewing and was leased straight away.
