Overview of Balga, WA, 6061

Reasonable property, easy transition, very professional and friendly communication.

They had excellent knowledge about market with very good essence of communication skills

I was made aware of things when they happened, as in when they found tenants, when tenants were getting keys etc

I have been working with the same agent for 10 years. During this time, I relocated interstate and have been living outside of WA. Despite the distance, I do not need to worry a thing about the rental, as it is in the trusting hands of my agent. My agent has kept me well communicated about the tenants’ background info, minor repairs, property conditions, etc. I highly recommend Xceed to any landlords looking for professional services.

I am happy with their services. They demonstrate strong communication skills, have excellent market knowledge, and show effective negotiation abilities. Their professionalism is evident throughout, making the overall experience smooth and reliable.

Misty was always prompt with getting things done for us. I cannot fault her as a Property Manager. Always very professional

The team was amazing to find the best tenant possible. Great attention to detail
