As soon as I cancelled the previous agent, Tina was on top of everything within a week. Including securing a tenant from the first open after 5 weeks with no tenant from previous agent. Communication was A1 no passing the buck. Knowledge is more than enough. As I say property managers are like a monopoly board...land on the wrong square and you reduce your investment.
