I recently engaged Casey from LJ Hooker Tuggeranong to look after managing one of my properties. She had great informative market knowledge and kept me up to date with the whole process - from getting the property ready, putting it up for rent, getting an excellent return and now rented to a good prospective tenant. We have experienced several issues with the property raised by the tenant, including problems with the hot water system (providing constant hot water with high temp), water leakage under the sink, and a blockage in the new toilet, among others. The agency/Chris has responded to these issues promptly, with clear, detailed, and professional communication. This has made it easy for us as the landlord to understand the situation and the next steps before approving any required works. We are very satisfied and truly appreciate the level of service provided by the agency/Chris.
