Very friendly and approachable, explained everything to us and really helped settle our concerns.
Karen is wonderful, and she was so great to talk to and she helped allay all our concerns. She was the reason we decided to go ahead. Excellent communication and knowledge, friendly and professional in all areas. We look forward to seeing her again soon.
