We went from purchasing our investment property through NGU to having them manage our investment property, and the whole process has been seamless. Their knowledge, level of communication and every other aspect involved in this process has just been phenomenal and we cannot recommend them enough! We will 100% continue using NGU Real Estate for as long as we can!

We are based on Gold Coast and as this was a new property we could not travel regularly to the property to oversee the landscaping requirements. Luckily Venita was able to take care of this even going as far as settling up sprinklers etc to water the new lawns and gardens. They listened to our requirements and achieved the maximum rent possible when other agencies were not that optimistic for that area. They also found good tenants.
