As tenants , we have occupied for 6 years , recently when on the market for sale, Can and will property was very professional and friendly in the viewing to the potential buyers all while also respecting us as tenants. The house did sell, in a few short weeks. We are happy to say that we are still here and staying on as tenants.

We are based on Gold Coast and as this was a new property we could not travel regularly to the property to oversee the landscaping requirements. Luckily Venita was able to take care of this even going as far as settling up sprinklers etc to water the new lawns and gardens. They listened to our requirements and achieved the maximum rent possible when other agencies were not that optimistic for that area. They also found good tenants.
