We had a really positive experience with ARENA Property Agents. The team has been professional, reliable and genuinely caring throughout the whole process. A special mention to Troya Adams, who has been amazing to deal with. She’s always quick to respond, easy to talk to and more than happy to help with anything that comes up. Her communication and willingness to go the extra mile really make you feel looked after and valued as a client. I’d definitely recommend ARENA Property Agents, and especially Troya, to anyone looking for a great property manager! Sunil And Rachhya

The whole team has been amazing and kind this whole process. Always keeping us very informed of the property and our application process.

Rebecca made the whole process of listing our home for rent simple and stress-free. She was professional, responsive and easy to deal with from the start, and arranged amazing photography that presented the property beautifully. Everything moved quickly and smoothly, and we had tenants secured within days of the first open home. We really appreciated how easy Rebecca made the process for us and the care she took in getting everything right. Now that our home is leased, it is also reassuring to know we have Jason looking after the property moving forward. He has communicated clearly from the outset and made the transition into property management incredibly easy for us. A big thank you to Rebecca, Jason and the entire Arena team for making the whole experience so seamless and positive.

They’ve been managing my property for over 4 years now. Nick and team continues to be reliable and responsive, very easy to communicate with from overseas, quick to relay and to arrange any repairs required. Thank you Nick and team!

Nick and Lisa are excellent, Lisa has been an absolute pleasure to work with and is a very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable property manager. They run a very good service and myself and my wife have been very happy with the service we’ve been provided. Both are very quick to respond to any queries or emails and our tenants seem to very happy so that’s always a bonus.

Nick sets the tone for the whole team at Your Haven Realty: friendly, approachable and genuinely lovely to deal with. They know their stuff, and I particularly appreciate the balanced way they look after both tenants and property owners. It’s a pleasure dealing with people who make property management feel so easy!
