I had the pleasure of working with Century21 Bala Rajan and team to find tenants for my property, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the experience. I highly recommend Century21 Bala Rajan & team to anyone in need of reliable and effective real estate agent. Their expertise and dedication truly made a difference.

Did an excellent and prompt act and let the house to a new tenant coordinating with all stakeholders and let the house on time without loss to the owner

My property manager with century 21 browns plains was greatly supportive and helpful with current market knowledge. she had excellent communication skills and took prompt action in securing and leasing my property. I feel confident that it will be well managed and recommend this real estate group in browns plains.

Wow, truly a impressive experience overall. Much to my shock a property we had just purchased had been broken into between settlement and the first open house, by a homeless family. Luckily Jackie knew exactly what to do to gain possession within 24 hours and at the same time (despite quite the clean up required) was still able to rent the property for $50 more the expected at this same open house. I didn't have to deal with any of the trouble and now a few weeks on we have a happy family living in the property. Highly recommend Jackie and the My Logan Realty team! Kind Regards.

Highly recommend Jackie and Jana from my Logan realty. I have investments in other states and the team is one of the best I’ve dealt with in all of aus! Keep up the good work

The team at My Logan Realty has continuously impressed me. They have been managing a few of my properties lately. Their approach to getting my most recent property rented above the initial appraisal within 4-5 days of signing the contract using their existing connections and database had my mind blown. Whenever I am adding a new property to my portfolio within the logan region, I know I have a trusted agent who will handle it all for me.

We’ve had an exceptional experience with our property manager. He’s incredibly friendly, professional and always quick to respond whenever we need anything. His communication is fantastic, and he consistently goes above and beyond to make everything as smooth and stress-free as possible. He’s genuinely approachable, reliable and a pleasure to deal with. We couldn’t recommend him highly enough!

Communication was clear and concise and response times were prompt and efficient. I would recommend this team for future tenancy or any property agreements.

EResidential have been great throughout my relationship with them. Ivan has been the best property manager and also gave me lot of expert advice on many issues related to my prooperty. His local knowledge of the area has been great. I would definately go with him in my next rental property also.
