Wow, truly a impressive experience overall. Much to my shock a property we had just purchased had been broken into between settlement and the first open house, by a homeless family. Luckily Jackie knew exactly what to do to gain possession within 24 hours and at the same time (despite quite the clean up required) was still able to rent the property for $50 more the expected at this same open house. I didn't have to deal with any of the trouble and now a few weeks on we have a happy family living in the property. Highly recommend Jackie and the My Logan Realty team! Kind Regards.

The team at My Logan Realty has continuously impressed me. They have been managing a few of my properties lately. Ivan Chua was our property manager throughout our lease and he was great to deal with from start to finish. His communication was always clear, prompt ,professional and he was consistently kind and approachable. Any issues ,questions or requests were sorted out as quickly as possible and he was extremely helpful in every way during our tenancy. We really appreciated his support and the positive experience he provided while managing the property.

I found the Property Manager, Ivan very helpful and overall I would rate highly. Unfortunately my not so great experience came for their unorganised administration side when dealing with office staff.

Never had any issues with them. They update me on any issues and also follow up on any of my requests. They also select and screen tenants well

Professional job , strong communication and market knowledge

We had applied for a rental property and when I followed up with a phone call the property had already been approved by someone else. However, they assisted with changing the application to another property in the same area that had not yet been advertised which we were able to secure without issue. As we couldn't inspect in person, they provided a visual tour. Very prompt responses and following up. Very impressed and will highly recommend for anyone moving to Brisbane from Central QLD.
