Great communication, professional and always available.
P Smith staff have looked after the management and compliance issues for an older mixed retail and accommodation building over a very long period. We are very happy with their knowledge of the market, easy to review accounts, getting on top of compliance issues and attending to inspections and maintenance issues. We have no hesitation in recommending P Smiths to manage rental property, as they always seem to offer that bit extra
Found a new tenant quickly and worked easily alongside our renovations.
The team at P.Smith and Son have been managing my rental property for a number of months now. Throughout the process they have been prompt in their communication and they have demonstrated a high level of local market knowledge and professionalism. The property was tenanted quickly and ongoing management has been simple. I would recommend P.Smith and Son to anyone looking for property management services.

Searching for a rental during a national housing shortage was one of our most stressful experiences. Mana RE worked tirelessly to find the perfect home for us. The whole process from putting in our application to signing the lease agreement - it was quick, transparent and efficient using cutting-edge, user-friendly apps. Tayla, the property manager, was amazing - professional, friendly and quick to respond to any questions along the way.
