Overview of Mildura - Wentworth

Agent was very quick to find a tenant and organising necessary inspection.

My experience with Simone and the team at PRD Mildura has been exceptional from start to finish. After purchasing my investment property, Simone took the lead in coordinating the preparation work required to get the property tenant-ready. She organised and managed the painting and flooring works, sourcing quality tradespeople and ensuring I received outstanding value for money. The entire process was handled professionally, efficiently, and with minimal effort required from me. What impressed me most was Simone’s ability to seamlessly manage every aspect of the property. From coordinating the renovation works to marketing the property and securing tenants, everything was executed to an incredibly high standard. Not only was the property leased quickly, but she was also able to achieve a rental return that exceeded our expectations by more than 10% above the market rent we initially anticipated. Throughout the entire journey, communication was outstanding. Simone was always transparent, proactive, and kept me informed every step of the way. Regardless of the time of day, she was always willing to take a phone call, return a message, or send an update. Her dedication, responsiveness, and genuine commitment to achieving the best outcome gave me complete confidence that my investment was in excellent hands. I can honestly say the entire experience was smooth, stress-free, and exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend Simone and the PRD Mildura team to any property investor looking for a knowledgeable, trustworthy, and results-driven property manager. They are exceptionally good at what they do, and I look forward to continuing to work with them in the future.

Dedicated, proactive and respectful. Prompt and succinct communication and updates always appreciated. Willing to listen and respectfully accept and work towards requests when finding a new tenant.

Dominique from One Agency works hard to keep us up to date with our rental property. Communication between owner and tenant is key and Dominique is prompt, reliable and helpful. Thank you.

Dominique has been very thorough from start to finish from when we acquired the property to securing tenants. She continues to go above and beyond with her communication and we feel comfortable leaving our property management in her capable hands especially living away.
