Having successfully rented out my fully furnished property for many years through Abode, I find 'my' property manager, Jessica Bertocchi to be an excellent, prompt communicator with outstanding market knowledge. She is always very professional yet friendly, reliable and easy to work with, paying great attention to detail. Jessica has always managed to very quickly find the perfect tenants. For this I am most grateful, thank you Jessica! I also value the fact that she is so prompt and helpful in dealing with any arising issues , both from my side as a landlord and also from tenants - she also has many great contacts with trades people and can normally, very quickly, send someone to the property to deal with any problems . I can thoroughly recommend Jessica and the team at Abode for any dealings in the real estate market.

The property manager who leased me my rental has been very prompt and helpful with emailing. They even went the extra mile and measured up the fridge space for me as I forgot to check my fridge would fit!
