Karen Mckenzie was our Property Manager she conducted herself with great communication & professionalism with any problems we had at the property she got right on to it. We would have to say she was the best Property Manager we have ever had in our many years of rentals. We would like to say she has become a good friend as well. Karen showed a lot of empathy too with our situation of us having to break our lease for that property. Karen also had the other Property Managers of Elders looking for a 2x1 unit which we appreciated so much. We had an excellent experience with Sophie throughout the leasing process. What impressed me most was her level of commitment. She was still working with us at 7pm on a Friday, going back and forth between us and the owner to get everything sorted. That really stood out to me. As a business owner myself, that is exactly the type of consultant I would want representing us as a vendor. Responsive, committed and willing to go the extra mile to get an outcome.
